Jim Babka is the co-founder and President of DownsizeDC.org, Inc. For a decade, he and his team have mobilized a brigade of concerned citizens, many of whom, in turn, instructed their employees on Capitol Hill on how they wanted to be represented. This includes the creation of the Read the Bills Act, One Subject at a Time Act (Rep. Marino), and the Write the Laws Act (Rep. Stockman), all introduced by Senator Rand Paul. Recently, Jim Babka co-founded a “Voluntaryist” initiative called the Zero Aggression Project. ZAP is a fresh concept, which demonstrates how The State violates the Golden Rule and the Zero Aggression Principle. For nearly four years he hosted The Downsize DC Conference Call on the Genesis Communications Network. He continues to guest-host other programs. Previously, he was the project manager for Armed & Secure, as well as the pre-Iraq War “Truth About War.” Simultaneously, he served as the Executive Director of RealCampaignReform.org, Inc. which took a lawsuit challenging the campaign finance laws all the way to the U.S. Supreme Court. Before that, he was the Press Secretary for Harry Browne 2000. He and his wife, Susie, home-schooled all three of their children through completion of the ninth grade.
