End State Prohibition of Marijuana

November, 2015.  Our America Initiative believes marijuana Prohibition is a failure, and the majority of Americans agree.   We support  Constitutional Initiative (115), to end state prohibition on limited purchase or possession of marijuana (federal prohibition would have to be dealt with separately).   Ending prohibition will allow police to focus on important matters like solving burglaries and car thefts, over 80% of which now remain unsolved.  Initiative sponsors need over 48,000 signatures, representing ten percent of voters in forty legislative districts.  You can help collect signatures at the Facebook group, Cycling for Sensible Drug Policy; let your politicians know, too, of your opposition to Big Government drug laws.  With a donation now and advice from our Advisory Councils on OverCriminalization and Drug Reform, Our America Initiative could advocate prohibition repeal through more of our fifty state affiliates. 

The OUR America Initiative is a 501(c)(4) political advocacy committee and may receive unlimited donations from both individual and corporate donors. Contributions and gifts to Our America Initiative are not deductible for Federal income tax purposes Gary Johnson is not a current candidate for any federal  political office. Our America Initiative has a no refunds policy.
