Reports to Regional Director
Required Knowledge and Skills:
Exceptional skill levels on Microsoft Office, various forms of social media, Google Plus, Google Drive and Excel.
Basic Accounting skills.
Outstanding Communication Skills.
Ability to effectively communicate all of OAI's philosophical positions on relevant political issues.
Demonstrated Leadership and Team Building Skills that can be utilized within the OAI Organization, potential donors and other affinity organizations.
General Duties:
Shall manage organize and oversee all OAI activities within the state.
Manages and oversees all job positions for OAI within the State. Fills all vacancies quickly.
Work with the OAI scheduling team with any trips and event within the state.
Oversees any distribution of literature and signs and make sure that all supporters know of any OAI events and announcements.
Works with Fundraising team and pass possibly donation leads to Fundraisers.
Seeks approval for all public statements from the National Communications Director prior to release.
Prepares and approves all state OAI projects. Seeks approval from Regional Director and National Director prior to starting any project.
Handle all complaints or problems and report any that may raise legal/liability issues to the Regional Director.
Ensures that OAI has an excellent working relationship with all Liberty minded groups within the state.
Strives to find involvement between OAI and all such groups.
Other duties and responsibilities as designated by the Regional Director.
